Ideal, beautiful hotel, there's great pool and location is WONDERFUL in the mountains. The rooms are new-fashioned and airy and complete with a full kitchen, a terrific patio. The property provided a good customer service during our vacation. A nice touch is also the tasty beverages in the beach bar.

It made our trip to La Cruz de Huanacaxtle a just perfect experience. We thoroughly enjoyed that gorgeous hotel. There was a large and nicely furnished room. Its bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom - large. Amazing location in rolling hills was a plus...

The room was reasonably large and the bathroom was spacious, I liked it. The food was great and the location was unique.

This resort is absolutely amazing. Beautifully manicured grounds, pristine rooms, breathtaking views, and friendly, attentive staff. Free minibar, room service, and specialty restaurants. Safe and spacious with high ceilings. Gorgeous spa and multiple pool areas. Delicious food and 24/7 room service. Easy transportation from the airport. Highly recommended.

The lack of personnel of the Hotel, they had many casualties and that was in detriment of the service, could be much better

The environment of the facilities excellent for relaxing and enjoying days of rest. The service staff at the snack bar of the beach club very attentive. Which has exclusive areas for adults.

The service at the pool bars isn't the best. They didn't comply with the shuttle's departure time to the beach club. Minibar drinks in the room may be better stocked and less limited. Unfortunately as a guest you feel very tight to the times and schedules of both staff and services.

The service at this place was exceptional and the location was stunning, which suited our needs perfectly; it is conveniently close to a wonderful beach and the meals provided were outstanding - an unforgettable stay!

It is a very comfortable place with a lot of nature and with amenities that make you feel part of nature.

There are details in the cleanliness, in the rooms that need to be improved. And in my room there was nothing, only once they put me coffee, they never put me letter, they lacked many things.

In general the resort

Drinks, specifically the wine is the worst you've ever had. Zero tolerance to late check out.

I got a great deal on the room and felt like I got good value for my money. The location was in the middle of nature and provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety and options.

The service of the staff is unbeatable, very kind and willing to help. . Very good food and drinks.

The sound of the adjoining room didn't make it much easier to rest.
